For a free spreadsheet based on Dr. Dale Bredesen's published "Cognoscopy" ranges, click https://goo.gl/8t2dxi .

Dr. Dale E. Bredesen's book, The End of Alzheimer's: The First Program to Prevent and Reverse Cognitive Decline recommends a Cognoscopy for everyone over the age of 45. This list of tests help identify problems that may harm the brain over time.  Some tests are routinely ordered by physicians (calcium, albumin, TSH, height, weight), and some are unusual (Cyrex Array 5).  The spreadsheet will allow you to easily compare your results to the optimal ranges in Dr. Bredesen's book.

Note: your spreadsheet copy will let you type in the white areas, but this may cause errors. If you accidentally overtype a white area, just hit "ctrl-Z" a few times to remove the typing, or download a fresh copy of the spreadsheet.  If you find errors in the spreadsheet, please let me know in the comments below.  The spreadsheet will be updated from time to time, so please download a fresh copy as needed.

People who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, or who are in a high risk group, are encouraged to contact a ReCODE doctor for detailed testing and a personalized treatment protocol.

I am not affiliated in any way with Dr. Bredesen, ReCODE, or any medical professional.  The spreadsheet is for entertainment purposes only; please verify the results against your own tests and the book's ranges.  This spreadsheet is free for personal and noncommercial use.
